Aisling has had a variety of different roles across TV, film and theatre. Most notably, she played Sonya Rostova in the mini TV series adaptation of War and Peace, Agnes in Mr Selfridge and Cassandra in Good Cop, and also appeared in Doctors and The Bill. She is best known for her role in Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. More recently, Aisling had a recurring role in the magical TV series A Discovery of Witches.
