Younger viewers will probably best know Michael as Frank Clayton from Emmerdale, however he has been a fixture of our screens since picking up his bow and arrow for ITV’s Robin of Sherwood in which he played the title role. Michael has also had recurring roles in a host of iconic television shows including Prince Michael of Moldavia in Dynasty, Marty James in Crown Prosecutor and Phileas Fogg in The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne. Michael is also known for his stagework, having played Captain von Trapp in The Sound of Music national tour amongst many other credits.
